I was feeling kind of down about not going to school for concept art/animation and I saw your tumblr. Your style/cartoons are awesomesauce and cheered me up. I can always freelance! Anyway just wanted to let you know you rock! Yay!

I don’t know anything about your situation so sorry if this is presumptuous, but it’s never too late to go back to school if that’s really what you want to do. And not all art schools have to cost an arm and a leg (just 99% of them unfortunately). I was lucky enough to find one that was reasonably priced (Capilano University for those wondering) and it was excellent, there are great schools out there that spend money on more useful things than advertising so sometimes you have to dig. Also the internet is a great resource if you have incredible self-discipline. There are a lot of ways to make it work. Good luck!
